Orders & Shipping

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: All orders are shipped from California, USA.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes, we offer free shipping within the 48 contiguous United States.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship within the U.S.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Since each piece is first shipped from the artist to our studio before being dispatched, please allow 3–5 weeks for delivery.


Products

Q: Are all ceramics handmade?
A: Yes. Every piece is handcrafted by artist Xiang Da, making each work one-of-a-kind.

Q: How should I care for the ceramics?
A: Most pieces (except silver works) are best kept in a normal indoor environment and can be gently wiped with a soft cloth.
Silver pieces will naturally oxidize over time, developing a unique patina. To maintain a brighter surface:
– Keep away from direct sunlight and humidity.
– Lightly polish with 1500-grit micro-abrasive or apply a silver care spray if desired.


Returns & Exchanges

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition (including packaging).
Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the final refund.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.
